Mr. R Stan Holland Joins Royal Oak

Royal Oak Realty Trust is very pleased to announce the addition of Mr. R. Stan Holland as Managing Director of Business Development & Portfolio Management for our Asset Manager, Cambridge Street Asset Management.

In this role, Stan will work to broaden our business relationships with business owners, private equity firms, other real estate companies, accountants, attorneys and other parties. He will work to identify and close UPREIT property exchanges on a national basis as well as act as team leader for the continuous review of our portfolio holdings, which determines and monitors the investment strategy for each real estate investment. Working along-side of Bruce Bender, Vice President of Acquisitions, Stan will assist in the management of Royal Oak’s real estate brokerage relationships, helping to source new property opportunities.

Prior to joining Royal Oak, Stan was the Vice President of Corporate Development at Manning & Napier. In this capacity, he was responsible for managing M&A and other strategic transactions and assisting Manning & Napier’s strategic planning and capital markets efforts. Stan was also co-leader of the Finance Department.

Stan has over 20 years of corporate finance experience, having worked in corporate development, finance, and investment banking roles. Prior to Manning & Napier, his finance roles included serving as Director, Corporate Development and Assistant Treasurer at Eastman Kodak Company and as Chief Financial Officer at Vaccinex Inc., a Rochester-based biotechnology company. Before coming to Rochester, Stan advised financial services and technology companies as an investment banker at Salomon Brothers and Morgan Stanley in New York City. He began his career as a Leasing Agent, Property Manager and later Vice President of Development at the Bissell Companies, a southeastern commercial real estate firm.

Stan earned his BA from Duke University and MBA & JD with Honors from the University of North Carolina.
