On January 22, 2021, Royal Oak acquired the primary production, warehouse and distribution facility of GP&C Operations, LLC (“GP&C”), located in Reno, NV. GP&C was formerly known as Garlock Printing & Converting Corp. (“Garlock”). The property is located in the West Reno submarket and offers excellent access to major transit corridors such as I-80 and I-580. The Reno industrial market is strong, containing approximately 93.5M square feet of inventory. Global Trade Magazine named Reno among its “Top 20 Cities for U.S. Manufacturers”. The tenant entered into a new 15-year lease agreement.
The building was originally built in 1972, with a tilt-up Class A quality 70,000 sf warehouse addition in 2017. The 129,748 square foot facility consists of manufacturing, warehousing, office, and covered storage with a warehouse clear height of 24’-32’. The building has 11 dock-high and 3 drive-in doors.
