On December 22, 2021, Royal Oak acquired the manufacturing, warehouse, and office facility of Hahn Automation, Inc. (“Hahn”) located in Hebron, KY. The property is located in the Cincinnati metropolitan statistical area (“MSA”), the 30 th largest MSA in the United States and largest MSA in the state of Ohio. The property is strategically located in the Airport Submarket with access to Cincinnati International Airport, I-275, I-75, and state road 237. Hahn signed a 10-year absolute net lease at closing.
The Hahn property was originally built in 2010 with an expansion in 2015. It consists of approximately 35,580 square feet of warehouse and light manufacturing space and 9,920 square feet of office. The property sits on approximately 6.15 acres. There is one dock and one drive-in door. Hahn, founded in 1992, is a global operating special machine manufacturer and developer of innovative solutions for the automation of assembly and testing processes.
