Royal Oak Realty Trust (“Royal Oak”) is pleased to announce the completion of our 28th acquisition, and first in Pennsylvania. On June 28, 2019, we purchased a 3-building portfolio comprised of the headquarters and sole manufacturing, shipping and warehousing facilities of Kwik Goal Ltd. (“Kwik Goal”) of Quakertown, PA, in a sale leaseback transaction. Quakertown is located in Bucks County and is part of the Philadelphia-Camden-Wilmington Metropolitan Statistical Area (“MSA”), the 8th largest MSA in the United States with approximately 6.1 million residents. 140 – 160 Pacific Drive are strategically positioned close to the I-476 Quakertown interchange. The location in the Greater Lehigh Valley is accessible to Interstate 78, connecting to areas east and west, and to Route 309 and Interstate 476, connecting to the Allentown/Bethlehem/Easton area to the north, and Montgomery County and Philadelphia to the south.

The three buildings total 85,620 square feet situated on 10.99 acres. The concrete block and metal facilities were built in 1988, 1996 and 2000, to accommodate the growing needs of Kwik Goal’s business.

Founded in 1979, Kwik Goal is an elite manufacturer of sporting goal systems, predominantly for soccer and lacrosse. The company also manufactures and distributes field and training equipment, team seating, as well as accessories for coaches, referees and players from youth programs to Major League Soccer. The Kwik Goal Soccer Goals are the most popular soccer goals in the game, from the FIFA World Cup to the top professional leagues around the world. Kwik Goal sells its products through a dealer network consisting of soccer specialty stores, general sporting goods stores and team dealers. The Kwik Goal dealer network is located throughout the United States and Canada. Kwik Goal also partners with qualified retailers to sell products online.
